    Kopari Organic Tropical Coconut Melt

    Hey Everyone!

Today, I am going to talk about my favorite brand again, Kopari! I just really love their products and I want to share them with everyone! Today, I am specifically talking about their organic tropical coconut melt. I know I’ve posted about the original before but they also have the tropical version that smells just like a pina colada. I wanted to highlight it again because it is extremely versatile.

    Some of the different uses:

    • Skin Moisturizer
    • Dry Shave Oil
    • Makeup Remover
    • Under Eye
    • Belly Balm (Helps to Prevent Stretch Marks While Pregnant)
    • Hair Mask
    • Massage Oil
    • The Possibilities Are Endless

My favorite use is skin moisturizer. I love to use this right after I get out of the shower and I feel as though it keeps my skin so moisturized all day. It’s way better than lotion in my opinion. I also get bad migraines from the smell of lotions about 99% of the time. This product has never given me a migraine!

Okay, we are to my favorite part about Kopari’s products. What is in it?? This product is 100% Organic Coconut Oil. That’s it. I love their products because they are all natural. They always live up to their Kopari standards: 100% Organic, Vegan, Cruelty-free, and GMO-free.

    Easy Meal Prep

    Hi Everyone!

Today, I am sharing an easy meal prep idea with you. My husband and I have been working on eating the healthiest that we can, while also trying to find ways to make it easy. I think that making healthy eating easy is one of the best things we can do for ourselves. How many times have you just been too hungry to cook so you either grabbed an unhealthy snack or got some fast food? I know that I am guilty of doing this at times.

Last week, I made dinners for five nights on Sunday. I put together some simple chicken and rice bowls. I baked seven chicken breasts (olive oil and lemon pepper seasoned), four cups of rice (brown, white, or jasmine), a bundle of asparagus, a can of green beans, and two crowns of broccoli. I cut up the chicken into bite sized pieces. I separated the rice and chicken evenly into ten meal prep containers into the 2 cup side. I then added vegetables to the 1 cup side. I like to switch it up each night or else I risk getting sick of eating the same thing. This way I can have a different vegetable each night. Another way I switch it up each night is eating my chicken with something different. I’ve done teriyaki sauce, ranch, salsa, lemon juice/ lemon pepper, and thousand island. This way it may be the same thing but it tastes different.

These are the containers that I like to use.

We have loved discovering more meal prep recipes. I hope you like this meal prep idea as much as I do. Please let me know in the comments below, if you do. If you are interested in more healthy recipes please subscribe below.

    What You Think Matters

    Hi Everyone!

Today, I am talking about how what you think or say to yourself matters. A few days ago I listened to a podcast episode that really struck home with me. I honestly think that it would probably strike home with most of us. I will attach it below, if you are interested in listening to it as well.

Something that stuck out to me was the host asking, “how many times do you say I HAVE to do something a day?” I realized that I say that will almost everything I do. How does it make you feel about the activity if you have to do something. So how is that affecting me? It’s making me feel negatively towards my activity. It may be something I really want to do but when I say I have to do it, it’s attaching a negative energy to it.

Why not change this into, “I get to do this activity”. The host was saying how there are so many people in this world that don’t get to do what we do. For example, instead of saying “I have to go to the gym”, say “I get to go to the gym”. Not only does it make you feel better about being able to do the task, it can help you to be more grateful for being able to do it. Do you know how many people that would love to go to the gym but can’t? Maybe they are injured, sick, or even paralyzed. We are so lucky that we are able to do the things that we are. Another example, “I have to go to work today.” Why not, “I get to go to work today”. There are so many people out there looking for jobs today. We are lucky to be employed. This is only scratching the surface. Think about what you say you have to do and start to correct yourself to say you get to do that thing.

So I got all of that from one 20 minute podcast and it got me thinking about other thoughts we have and what we could learn to change them to.

    Here are some examples:

Instead of, “I messed this up,” “What did I learn?”

Instead of, “This isn’t working”, “What can I change”.

Instead of, “I’m horrible at this”, “I’ve never done this before, I am learning.”

Instead of “I’m failing,” “This didn’t work, let’s try something different.”

Instead of “How could I be so dumb”, “Everyone makes mistakes.”

I really hope you enjoyed today’s post. Let me know what you think and if you end up trying this out for yourself! Thank you for reading, if you love this content please subscribe below.

    Cool Chest Workout

    Hey Everyone!

Today, I am sharing a challenging chest workout. I really like this one as you can do it almost anywhere. You can substitute weights for cans if you need to. Working out each muscle group is very important. Make sure that you are spending an even amount of time on each group.

I do three sets of the following:

Underhand Front Raises 10 Reps (Each Arm)

    Dumbbell Pullover 10 Reps

    Plate Chest Press 10 Reps

Here is a video of me doing these exercises so that you can see what they are if you are unfamiliar with them! The video is sped up slightly. When you do these exercises keep your movements slow and controlled. You will see results faster if you do this.

I hope you loved today’s workout! Let me know what you think in the comments below. If you want to see more workouts like this please subscribe below for weekly emails. Thank you so much for checking out today’s post.
