Beauty Sleep on the go
Hi Everyone!
Today, I am sharing one of my favorite things that helps me to get my beauty sleep on the go. If you are anything like me, you might find it hard to sleep when you aren’t sleeping in your own bed. For me, the thing that makes it the hardest is all of the weird noises. I can constantly hear people moving around, the air conditioner turning on and off, and the fridge. At home, I have a fan on while I sleep so I love the white noise.
After my first week of traveling for work, I decided I needed to find something to make white noise so that I was able to sleep better. I needed something that would be small and compact that could easily fit into my carry on suitcase. I also wanted it to be rechargeable so that I wouldn’t have to constantly be replacing the batteries. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on it either.
I found my perfect solution with the Fansbe portable sound machine. I bought it off of Amazon and it was only $8 including shipping. It is tiny and fits into my suitcase without any problem. I even took it to Europe in my backpack because it is so small. It is rechargeable and even comes with the micro USB charging cord. It even has 13 different sound settings, so you can change it to whatever you prefer. My favorites are the jungle, waves, and rain settings.

I love how this has helped me to be able to sleep better when I am away from home. I actually got a new job fairly recently where I am traveling so I am constantly away from home now. This sound machine has helped me so much.

MiO Liquid Water Enhancer
Today, I am sharing Shane and I’s favorite way to stay hydrated and caffeinated, MiO. We really like to use MiO to get our electrolytes or caffeine in. MiO makes a MiOSport and a MiO Energy. It works perfect for if you are traveling too. You can even take them in your carry-on bag on an airplane. They are only 1.62 fluid ounces. Each bottle of these types contains 18 servings.
I am now going to talk about the two types that we love in detail. The first is MiOSport. MiOSport contains electrolytes and B vitamins. Using MiO is more convenient than having a powerade or gatorade. It takes up a lot less space in your house. We love all of the flavors but our absolute favorite is the berry blast. Drinking electrolytes after being in the sun all day or after a workout helps to make you feel recharged. It also helps to adjust your electrolyte balances. That way you are less likely to become dehydrated. MiOSport also has no sugar or calories so it is typically more healthy than it’s alternatives.
The second type of MiO that we love is MiO Energy. Each squeeze of MiO Energy contains 60 mg of caffeine. Again this option is much smaller than it’s alternatives making it convenient. It is also usually less expensive. Each bottle of MiO costs anywhere from $2-$4 dollars for 18 servings. Making it very inexpensive. It also has zero sugar or calories. It is perfect for a quick pick me up. My favorite is the Acai Berry Storm and Shane’s is the Tropical Fusion.

Thrive Causemetics Mascara
Hi Everyone!
Today, I am sharing my new favorite mascara with you. Two of my friends, JoLynn and Brittani, recommended it to me. I had already seen multiple ads for it but I was still skeptical until I heard my friends’ rave about it. The mascara is called liquid lash extensions. When I wear it, it literally feels like it is just that, lash extensions. Of course without the actual weight of fake lashes, which is a huge bonus in my eyes.
I have had a hard time finding a mascara that I like, let alone love. My eyes are extremely sensitive so they tend to water a lot. This usually causes things like smudging and fall out throughout the day. Which ends up in dark raccoon eyes by the time I get home for the day. If it isn’t that it’s flaked off, ending up in my eye 90% of the time. I have only found two mascara’s that do not do this throughout the day and the second dries out and is very light after only a few days of using it. So I crossed that one off my list as well.

Upright Go
Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing with you a product that I discovered from Instagram, Upright Go. Posture is something that I have struggled with to maintain for most of my life. I hate to admit it but it is true. I have worked on it for years without much success until I found this product. Before I bought it, I was thinking about how slouching makes everyone appear to be less fit. Amika: 3D Volume & Thickening Duo
Hi Everyone!
Today I am sharing with you my favorite shampoo and conditioner that I have been using for almost a year, Amika 3D Volume & Thickening shampoo and conditioner. ChopStir Tool
Hey Everyone!
Today, I am sharing an awesome product with you, the ChopStir tool. I didn’t even know what I was missing until I saw this on one of my Instagram friend’s stories. They were showing how well it splits up ground meat and I knew I had to try it. I ordered it that night.
Do you ever struggle with separating your ground meat when you put it into the pan? Do you feel like you are about to break your turner (also referred to as a spatula) in half? I know I did. I was immediately impressed when I tried out this new tool. It broke the meat up so much faster and it was very sturdy.
Shane and I like to buy ground turkey, since turkey is healthier for you than a lot of other meats. We also like to buy it in the roll so that it doesn’t take up as much room and it can be frozen in the original packaging. The only problem we were having was cutting it up evenly so that it cooked evenly. Not after we bought this tool.

It has a few other uses as well, though I haven’t tried them out yet! You can chop cooked potatoes and hard boiled eggs. You can use it to break up frozen juice concentrate. You can also use it to chop up ingredients, like an avocado for guacamole. It’s also dishwasher safe, so you can just throw it in there when you are done.

Hey Everyone!
Today, I am sharing a great product with you that I wouldn’t want to be without during the winter season! It’s Scotchgard Outdoor Water Shield. Do you have a coat, snow pants, boots, or gloves that aren’t as waterproof as they were when you got them? Or were they never as waterproof as you wanted them to be? This can be your solution.

Rechargeable Fabric Shaver
Hey Everyone!Today, I am sharing an awesome product with you, my Magictec rechargeable fabric shaver! This thing is awesome! I have had two other fabric shavers in the past and they don’t even compare. I know what you are thinking, “really, you love your fabric shaver?” Yes, I really do and this is why.
Has your favorite sweater ever gotten worn out and started to ball up? What about your favorite leggings, did they start to pill? Does your bra have little balls on the underwire? This will save your life.

Kopari Hydrating Coconut Lip Gloss
Hi Everyone! Today, I am sharing with you my new favorite lip gloss. The Kopari hydrating coconut lip gloss. I struggle to keep my lips from getting dry and chapped all winter long.
